PHYSICAL THERAPY
My physical therapy sessions are designed to treat the whole person—not just the injury. As a board-certified orthopedic specialist with advanced training in pelvic floor therapy, Pilates, and fascial stretch therapy, I help clients move beyond pain and restore function with a plan that’s tailored to their goals.
Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing a pain flare, or rebuilding strength, I focus on progressive, sustainable strategies that address both the big picture and the details that matter most. Each session is one-on-one, so you receive individualized care and the guidance you need to move forward with confidence.
Please note that individuals with a Medicare plan (including supplements and replacements) are unable to receive rehabilitative physical therapy services from Robin Lowry, DPT. More information is available in FAQs.
STRENGTH COACHING
Strength coaching is the bridge between recovery and long-term performance. Whether you’re coming out of rehab for an injury, managing persistent pain, or simply ready to build more capacity, I’ll guide you in progressing safely and effectively. Together, we’ll focus on your personal goals—whether that’s learning how to lift heavy with confidence to build your bone density, developing kettlebell skills, understanding the principles of progressive overload, or supporting your love of running or biking. My approach emphasizes building strength as a continuum: moving from restoring function to reaching new levels of resilience, capacity, and confidence in your body.
FASCIAL STRETCH
Fascial Stretch is a type of body work that goes beyond traditional stretching by working with your fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles, joints, and nervous system. Unlike passive stretching, these sessions actively involve you with guided breath and gentle movement, helping your body relax more deeply. The result: reduced tension, improved mobility, decreased pain points, and a calmer nervous system. Fascial Stretch Therapy can be an excellent complement to strength training, physical therapy, or general wellness care.
